That’s a good analogy. I was wondering the same thing. Is AR coating simply a given now on a certain level of watch and not worth mentioning?
Ah yes…

Qualifiers - the bare minimum required to enter the market.

Order winners - the additional features that are likely to lead to higher sales volumes.

Delights - the extra nice to haves that go beyond the features included with an order winner.

I think I am probably an outlier. I have no requirement for a watch to have any AR coating and would specifically avoid any that stated both internal and external AR. :)

Many thanks chaps and chapesses for your thoughts and contributions. Having got through all that :shock: , I have just ordered said C65 Dune. I shall post pics for the gallery as soon as it comes in. :thumbup:

Just an update on this in one. As I now have the Dune, it looks to have clear AR. Having handled the Sandhurst briefly, it had the blue tinted AR.. .looks like the chronometers have this blue treatment judging by the various pics I have seen online. 🧐
