I, like some others, thought I had bought a watch (Dune white/sand in this instance) in the sale only to have the order cancelled. To say I was disappointed was an understatement but I took it on the chin and retained my composure.
James contacted me (I was going to say reached out but as I doubt he’s a member of The Four Tops, it wouldn’t be appropriate) with an apology along with a discount offer on any CW full price stock item. I explained that there was nothing in their current line up that interested me and it would therefore be foolish of me to spend hundreds of pounds just to take advantage of the offer. He said wait until later in the month as I may find something interesting and he would still honour the offer.
So here we are, a current Dune for not a lot more than the sale price on the original and also for less than some are offering the original for on the bay of evil.
