Ordered late on the 22nd and arrived this lunchtime, despite DPD tracking suggesting Tuesday for delivery.
First impressions are positive, particularly like the dial, the case design and the firm action of the pushers.
However, if I was to be super critical, the hands can seem to get a little lost within the dial, and the canvas strap is akin to tri-wall cardboard, hopefully it will soften up with use.

Congrats! I take straps like that through their paces by bending back and forth a number of times until it softens.

I like the design of the C63 Valour a lot but the lack of a date display means it’s not for me. I’d be interested to hear what others think about that; is the date important for you on this type of watch?

Likewise I prefer a watch with a date complication, however I feel with this Valour the dial would become unbalanced, along with a little busy, so I'm glad they didn't bother.Steve King wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 1:07 pm I like the design of the C63 Valour a lot but the lack of a date display means it’s not for me. It cannot, and will never be for everyone. This isn't a criticism of the watch but a simple reality.Steve King wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 1:07 pm I like the design of the C63 Valour a lot but the lack of a date display means it’s not for me. I don't at all mind the lack of a date complication and happily wear mine without it. I think the watch dial looks better without one. If I wish to wear a watch with a date complication, then I have a number of choices among my other watches.

No, I have a Moonwatch. If a watch has a date, fine; if not, fine. Just not a deal maker/breaker.Steve King wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2024 1:07 pm I’d be interested to hear what others think about that; is the date important for you on this type of watch?

Re: C63 Valour - here in 3 days
A long time ago I started judging watches differently. I started looking at what a watch was trying to be a judging it by that criteria. Not what features are or are not there.
This watch, I believe, is trying to do things:
1. Be a competent service chronograph. Which it succeeds at, mostly. The choice of movement for accuracy is a good one. I do question the usefulness of a 1/10th second counter. I would rather it had been hours and minutes.
2. It is calling back to chronographs from the back catalog. It does succeed here especially with the applied numerals which harken back to some of the racing chronographs (I'm thinking of the C7s).
Neither of these goals really need a date so it doesn't matter one way or the other to me. It falls a little short in the timing functionality but not enough to preclude me from picking one up.
