I neglected to mention the lume. I found it to be excellent.

Yeah I know they say the newest green lume is longer lasting but I’d rather the blue any day

Look forward to it. This may be the first CW to encourage me to open up my wallet since 2015...

Is that photo a good representation of the shade of green?

Outstanding photo! In fact, it’s the first one I’ve seen that makes me really like the green dial. I wonder what it is???

Same feeling here, did not buy a CW since they moved the logo to 9 o’clock. ;)

This is closest to daylight green impression, will snap some tomorrow during day.

From this evening. It seems the face of the watch is scratched badly. ;)

Some really great photos there, particularly the wrist 'n' cuff shot. As soon as they launched the C63 I thought they should offer an ombré dial finish, I think it's a nice alternative to the flatter, lacquered dials.

Without zooming through all posts about this collection I can only recall 1 photo of a blue dial.

Hasn't anybody bought or considered the blue dial version ?

They do seem to be a bit rare, don’t they?

When the Sealander range was first introduced the automatic and the GMT were only available in black and white. I’m sure we have all noticed this before with new ranges and models from CW. They introduce the basic/traditional/conservative dial colours to begin with and then drip the other colours in after a few months. Testing the waters maybe? Who knows? Personally I would like to see all the colour options declared from the beginning, but I know that isn’t how marketing works.

Anyway, I’m known for liking the odd blue dial and had the colour being available at the beginning would probably have bought one. I said that I was holding out for a blue Elite (hasn’t appeared). But in the end the more I looked at the GMT the more I liked it. I wanted it for my Greek trip in September and, although I sort of knew from experience that a blue version would be forthcoming before too long, I went for the black and absolutely fell in love with it as soon as it arrived. I certainly wouldn’t change it in favour of a blue dial now. As it happens I would have been far more excited about the blue dial if it had been a more vibrant kind of royal blue like we saw on the C60.

Yes I have considered the blue dial!

I haven’t considered the black, white or green. I believe the jargon is “I already have the white and black GMT slots in the watch box covered”.

As to the green I would have preferred a non Ombré style green dial.

As to buying the blue, I have been waiting to see more pics. If not many show up I will probably book a showroom visit for early December - unless you beat me to it and put up some pics…

In a bored moment earlier in the week I almost ordered the blue. But them again I also almost ordered the blue dial EB Bloxworth 3HD on the tropic strap.

The only remark at the moment is that the crown seems a bit rough/sharp, it could have a bit softer feel finish, and maybe a tad thinner/less protruding.

The black does look good but black/GMT is covered for me by the 38mm C60 Mk2 that I bought off Wyatt and I'd be less excited if the blue C63 was the vibrant royal blue of previous C60s. Maybe that shows just how difficult it is to produce a blue dial that'll please the majority. I'd have liked it more if it'd been a sunburst blue like the new TAG Carrera Twin Time or Seiko Quartz GMT.

Like you Neil I've been waiting for more photos hence my question. I doubt that I'll beat you to showing more photos but I do intend visiting the Showroom hopefully in the next few weeks. If I do get there I'll be taking loads of photos of the blue dials in the CW collections.
