New C63 Celeste just dropped, takes the aventurine dial from the Moonphase into a Sealander.

Very nice, I like it! It might scratch the itch for some without the funds for the C1 Moonphase at the moment.

. . . . or those that wanted indices etc. on the dial of the Moonphase; if they''ll forego the JJ04 movement.

I do like that - I could never get one though - mrs gannet has issues with normal watches reflecting / catching the light - this would be a nightmare!

All the recent uninteresting releases (for me) are driving me away from the brand.

36mm is for the ladies!!, this one also is boring and so like many other brands.

My first thoughts when I saw this was, what's not to like.

unique dial - nice
no date - clean
nice selection of bracelets or straps to dress it up or down

then....

36mm - My brain and 7 1/2 wrist can't do it!!!

38mm would work, 39mm would be perfect, 40-41mm would even work, but 36mm ughh.

36mm is unisex. And not many brands release aventurine dials.

I'm glad they finally released something I'm willing to buy again!

Nice looking watch but not for me.
1. 36mm feels like too small for me unless it's truly a vintage watch.
2. Hey I've got the C1 Moonphase

Do I blame or criticise CW for bringing this out? Certainly not.

In fact I rather see Mike French reporting to the weekly team meeting in song: this song

Too much bling without the Moonphase (not keen on that either), so definitely one for the ladies. Can’t imagine wearing that even as a dress watch.

Not many brands release aventurine dials, I wonder why??

Red Adair died in 2004, so 36mm watches were for real men in the past or maybe that was the biggest dial in those days!!

Real men don’t wear girlie watches nowadays

I love the dial on the Moonphase, but I would have liked to see it with indices etc, so the Celest ticks a lot of boxes for me. I think that they've done a good job of this one!
