C600 Tri-Tech Elite
Hi, I have a Feb 2010 model with new movement fitted Feb 2013. What would be the best way for me to sell this lovely watch? My email is rsharp@gmx.co.uk

Exchange some money with some one. I tried exchanging cats for watches once. But the exchange rate is poor.

Re: C600 Tri-Tech Elite
i would like to know how to ask CW what the industry standard on PVD gold plate thickness is because i was told it is 10-15 microns but CW said their watch has 2 microns which they said was twice the industry standard, just curious.

Re: C600 Tri-Tech Elite
Prior to the the move to Switzerland in August of 2008, all CWL plated watches were 10 microns which was twice the thickness generally being used. As a result of the move, plating was changed to the PVD process. I do not know the thickness of the PVD, but it is a much harder finish than the plating.soulmaster wrote:i would like to know how to ask CW what the industry standard on PVD gold plate thickness is because i was told it is 10-15 microns but CW said their watch has 2 microns which they said was twice the industry standard, just curious.
