C60 Trident Pro: Blue Or Black?
C60 Trident Pro: Blue Or Black?
Having recently put my Aquitaine GMT up for sale because I was initially looking for a C65 Ombre I think I have know fallen for the Blue Trident 300 pro.
I know its all subjective but just for a bit of fun I'm wondering what the consensus here would be regarding colour popularity

It’s all personal preference. I had both a black/black and a blue/blue. I let the blue one go recently as I never reached for it. Blue dial watches don’t grab me, but I have a few.

My one blue vote moved the outcome from 50/50 to a 67/33 landslide. Both are fabulous watches, you can't go wrong with either.

I think the blue version of the C60 300 is particularly nice. It's a very fetching shade of blue. The black version is, well, just black.

My blue 40mm 300 Pro arrived today; I’m absolutely delighted with the colour (and everything else) — I can hardly stop looking at it.

Black for me. I like the idea in principle of a crispy black/black diver, though I’d probably buy different styles of black watch before a diver. I don’t really like blue at all. As a colour. And all the tiffanies and teals and dragonflies haven’t convinced me either.

I like blue dials, I like black dials, but dive watches don’t interest me.
I will go with blue because that’s what your original post suggested you would prefer.

I like the blue version.
I’d like it even more if there was a white dial with a blue ceramic bezel.

I’d vote blue if they matched the date wheel to the dial colour, this also goes for the black as the date wheel is matt vs polished dial

As much as I love the blue (and also the aqua Atoll), it's just about practicality for me. I'm not a huge collector so I need a watch I can wear all the time.

I think the black looks the best, but it depends on your collection. If you already have a couple black sports watches, go blue. They both look great. I went a little outside of the box for bronze since I've never had a bronze watch before. So it's really about what works for your particular collection.

You can’t go wrong with either dial color. I own some watches with blue & others with black. What watch color that I pick out for any particular day depends a lot on my clothing choice & what I am in the mood to wear. If you were leaning towards picking the blue, that’s what I would go with!
