Released in Sept 2010 but not available until mid October.

I had email dialog with Customer Services just right now and its required to have original receipt for refund your postage. If you have no receipt - no refund, but warranty is still on (as I realized:)

Great to see inside the c60. I wouldnt worry about the screw unless you are taking up more impromptu games with the karate kid !

For some reason I thought the c60 had a plastic movement retainer?
