See here
for what happened in 2013. However...there are no guarantees for this year plus there is no Ladies collection. I suspect the ad schedules will be reduced and changed.

Regarding discounts, who knows! There will be a promotion at some point I'm sure...

Re any new bracelet, I'm really just going on what was mentioned in the chat with Chris session last year, at least I think it was that.

No idea if and when they will be announced or what they will look like unfortunately. The current bracelet is a good one though.

Surprised by that. Wonder why they didn't do it?

Being a newbie, I was suprised to see that there WAS lume on the bezel on the Mk1 as its not something i've come across before - maybe that because my previous watches have all been japanese divers?

Do you mean the "pip" or the actual markings?

I think my earlier comment about the bezel not being lumed has caused the confusion here, just to clarify, it does have a luminous pip at 12 on the bezel but the markers and numbers etc on the rest of the bezel insert do not.

I recently picked this up in the 38mm version. I visited their showroom to see the watches in person and must say that Declan who showed me the watches was very helpful and patient. He measured the accuracy of the watch infront of me (it was under +6 secs per day in all positions) and without prompting gave a generous discount as well- thanks Declan! This is my first C Ward watch but I must say I am very impressed by their levels of service so far, I had a much better experience buying this watch than I did my Speedmaster from an Omega boutique.

It was a toss up between this and the Tudor Black Bay for me too. The things that swayed me in the end were the option to buy a smaller size (I fear 41mm is just a little too large for me), the far superior WR, and the price/value. I bought this watch as a (admittedly very very nice) beater - I am a location sound recordist and I travel lots so it is going to get knocked about, wet, freezing cold, boiling hot. Basically put through everything I wouldn't be comfortable doing wearing £1500+ watch - I have no fears the C60 will perform very well.

It'd be great to see real-life photos of the 38mm!

I'll remember that if I ever get there again - no such offer was forthcoming when I visited and bought in January 2014!

I only have a camera phone but I will take some shots of the watch including a wrist shot over the next few days.

Two questions: Can the watch be worn dressy, and how's the lume? Thanks.
I've since switched straps again to a Hirsch croc patter calf with white stitching, and it does indeed become a 'dressy diver' if that doesn't sound daft?

Re comparisons with the Aquis, I've got two Oris watches (a Royal Flying Doctors LE and Big Crown Pro Pilot) and although I have to beware of enthusing a bit too much over a watch I've only had a day, if it said Oris on the dial it would be £1k plus. I really can't see much if anything worse on the C60 at the moment.

I'm very tempted to take the back off and have a peep to see what the detail is like 'under the bonnet'!
and if it said BrightBling it would be nearer 3K!!! Ive just got the White Dial Auto on Bracelet and the quality IS stunning now. A Huge step up
