C60 Gunmetal Prototype

Post by Will_75 »

It arrived, and I could not be happier with it.

I moved so fast through the checkout that I didn’t read any of the blurb - thought I was getting matte black DLC/PVD so gunmetal was a gorgeous surprise.

Thank you again to Kip and the team for the opportunity, and apologies to anyone looking to get annoyed about parvenu flippers. This isn’t going anywhere!

You have to with these… as you said, you saw something you liked and acted fast

I went into this sale with a specific target range in mind (SH21 dress watch) and was lucky one came up, so the decision process was almost instant for me too.

It’s a seriously lovely watch you have there

Just had a look and I didn't quote as it was directly after a couple of posts about the sapphire so to any excited buyer I could have been asking for pics of any of the prototypes, and that was you! Not complaining as pics of all of them would be great but the question remains - who got the sapphire

I guess it was you who beat me to this one..?

I agree, its an absolute stunner. I had the exact same thought as you pal. Didnt look at others, just went for this. You must have beat me by literally a second or 2, as it took my payment as well!

Many congrats, its a proper piece of kit

Lovely looking watch. The gunmetal is superb. Was meant to herald in a limited edition of 300 pieces looking at the caseback? How has that not made it to production? You didn’t snooze, you didn’t lose.

That does look good (I'm a sucker for a red second hand). It would be interesting to hear why it never got beyond the prototype stage, It seems hard to think that it wouldn't sell. Clearly there's a lot more to the watch business than I realise ...
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

It's a stunner mate. I saw it and read the listing, sounded a really great watch which it is indeed.

Congrats. Despite me not being in the market for a C60, this one did stand out and got my attention
