I like the look of this so much more! Still not enough to consider purchasing one, mind you, but it is nice! If one looks at the C60 Concept as a showcase watch to grab attention and highlight what CW is capable of, I do think the blue/orange colorway is more effective at doing that. Black/red might be a bit to sedate a color scheme to match the boldness of the overall design.

Skeleton watches don't appeal to me and the blue Concept is no different - it didn't attract any interest.

BUT that in black with red is a totally different matter. The colour of the metal in the movement blends so well with the black but is also in total contrast to it at the same time. It becomes a work of art.

Thank you for taking the time to create that mock up. CW would be mad not to release this.

Wow, that really does transform the Concept. Thanks for the alternate color scheme view. It leaps out in a very different way from the release. If there is any way Christopher Ward would consider offering up this variant, I think it would be such a winner. If only there were more funds available… sigh.

^^ Looks great..
To my eyes, somehow there is more visual focus on the metal components in the movement as the black /red highlights seem to be less dominant than the blue/orange..

It’s already a work of art, you’d just prefer it with a different frame!

Hello - new member here, I've been lurking and looking at CW watches for a few years now but this watch has really caught my eye.

I'm still not 100% convinced as I'm concerned it might be very 'thick' on the wrist compared to my current Bell & Ross vintage (41mm).
Can anyone put my mind at rest about how it wears?

My alternative would probably be the C60 Elite 1000 (but it feels like 15.4mm vs 15.85mm isn't a big difference)

I guess it's returnable if I find I don't like it, or maybe I could sell it on to someone who missed out (if I don't miss out with my indecision!)

Welcome. Please stop by the Member Introduction area and introduce yourself.

As to the C60 Concept, better make that decision soon. Only 9 left (as of yesterday) for March 22 delivery.

HI there, welcome to the forum :D

I have the C60 Elite 1000 GMT, also on a titanium bracelet, which is a little thicker than the C60 Elite 1000 and only fractionally thinner than this C60 Concept... it is one of my most comfortable watches, being super lightweight and the height isn't noticed (unless you're trying to wear it under tight shirt cuff).

On this basis and the fact that I think it looks stunning, I have pre-ordered the C60 Concept.

If you're considering the C60 Elite 1000, but are thinking about the C60 Concept, I'd give it a go... however, as said above, there are only a very few left apparently and even those won't be delivered now until end of March 2022

Good luck with your choice.

Cheers, Gary

Compare these photos from

and look at how tight the springs are.

Who needs a Power Reserve indicator? Gorgeous.

That is really cool. I have to say I wasn't thrilled with the overall look of this watch when they released it. But in these real world pics it looks terrific. Great on-the-wrist look to this watch and easier to read than I thought it might be. Congrats!

Well having dithered and then finally decided to go ahead I had the watch in my shopping bag and was about to pay when the plumber turned up. This turned into a 3 hour repair of our heating and the laptop went to sleep. When I got back the bag had emptied and it's now sold out!!!

(I knew this would happen once I made my mind up, my wife had even said to go ahead if I wanted to, as long as she didn't have to pay.)

I'm hoping they will start to use this orange triangle style going forward on the next releases.

I was just looking for a new watch to wear at my daughters wedding next Summer really!

Oh no, that's not good :(

That email must have worked well then, the final nine sold out and they're all allocated... good for CW, but not if you still wanted one

I'm sure there will be some that are returned though, but given that some aren't shipping until March, that could be a while to wait!
