I'm not so sure about the orange Tiber, although I do have one and may well try it at some stage.

The Zuludiver tropic works, to my mind, due to the orange being a faded, washed out hue, which doesn't dominate the rest of the watch. The orange Tiber is a much stronger shade that, I feel, will take over from the rest of the watch.

Just my view, of course.

They are still for sale... dispatch time now end of January now though for these
Yeah its very tempting.... and having had a boost to the war chest recently, my intention was to pay a chunk off the old plastic.

Unfortunately I have the breaking strain of a wet Kitkat so I was pulling the trigger on one of these..... but then something VERY special came my way so this one has been confined to the "so near yet so far" basket...!!! Theres no strap combo, no angle, and no lighting ive seen yet that can make this look anything but stunning.

I don't think you expect or even need a minute/hour track really, do you? There's always the numbers on the bezel. Even if you have rotated the bezel, I am sure you gan tell the time easily enough from the hands. We tell the time in the dark based on a bit of lume, and just knowing the position of the 12

The orange tropic was definitely much better looking! As you say, this shade of orange is too bright. Plus, I do t think the Tiber style suits the watch.

The blue tropic looks really good, too!

I think the blue hybrid will work well too, that is after all one of the options they provide it on

Fortunately I have both hybrids, plus ordered it on the bracelet, so will compare all three combos... as soon it actually arrives

Agreed, the orange leather is a bit much, and you don’t want a strap that steals the eye from that particular watch.

The blue/orange hybrid looks superb. They are such good straps.

A neat feature of the Concept, it being fully skeletonised, is that you can see the extent by which the main springs in the two barrels are wound.

Compare these photos from

last night,

this morning

and this evening

and look at how tight the springs are.

Who needs a Power Reserve indicator? Gorgeous.

Finally, a photo showing exactly what I’ve been looking for  Ever since I saw the preview and realised there was no power reserve indicator, I’ve been hoping that the amount of wind would be obvious and this confirms it… awesome :D
