I don't think it's too cheap, particularly, but I know what you are saying. Maybe there needs to be a PM version, so a high roller can spend 25K on a gold concept. I think it's that some people just don't expect CW to be competing with the Zenith's and upwards of this world, at all.

Personally, I think the CW is more attractive that the Zenith Defy and the Oris pictured above. I don't know other similar skeletonised watches.

However, at a stroke CW is trying to go from being the best value Swiss diver under £1000 to being one of the best hand finished watches, period, at any price, and it's a big leap. It's the same leap that Montblanc struggle with, and Hublot struggle with for different reasons. Suggesting that a CW watch is on a par with any luxury watch atelier at any price level ruffles a lot of feathers.

Ive been following this and wasnt overly bothered tbh. Yeah yeah, another skeleton watch. Yeah its got the movement and its all very good but its been done (albeit not really with this movement).

Then I got the link earlier today. Its absolute class. I think its an incredible looking watch. I usually appreciate skeletons, but they are much of a muchness now, with everyone throwing them about. But this thing is beautiful in every way.

I want one. I have no money and a maxed credit card. Im literally looking round the house for things to sell....!!!! (Teenagers included!)

Nice one, you've got one from the first batch... I'm not super jealous at all... Please post photos and that will make the wait for mine more bearable or worse

Thanks for sharing. It reads well - Not sure about moving from Asian to Swiss cases, though

Well, let's put this into perspective shall we...
The movement to this watch is not only skeletonised and customised but more importantly has been hand finished - this is a VERY expensive process!
A comparable hand finished watch (never mind it being titanium case) is going to cost you well in excess of £20K+.
It may not be to everyone's taste, but there's no denying that this is and exceptional watch and offers great value for money.
Absolutely, Haute Horlogerie.

Agreed with both of you. I think it's superb, watch making and finishing of a very high order. I've enjoyed reading about it today. Frankly it appears as an incredible bargain for those interested. CW should be really pleased with what they have accomplished here; this should receive glowing plaudits from the wider watchmaking world. Just imagine if Bremont had put this out...I can't begin to imagine the price.

I’d love to see this in a C1 model, as opposed to a dive watch. That would really pique my interest. Still wouldn’t be a player though, as it’s outside my league with the price.

Arrrr
What an idiot I am.
Finally pulled the pin and bought one after I missed out on the Apex and none turned up second hand.
Not for ordering but not using the discount code 🤦.
Sent them a begging email, does any one think they will accept by pleading!?

From reports of others in a similar situation I'd expect CW's customer service to adjust your price accordingly.
