CW have confirmed the embargo was lifted at 10am UK time today so it's very much out there now.........

Looks like some reviewers jumping the gun slightly. I imagine it's hard to control this sort of thing. If the government can't keep a lid on things, I don't suppose anyone can really.

Embargo paperwork said 10:00 GMT on 03/11/2021. I don't think anyone broke that.

The "soft launch" caused quite a lot of angst and confusion. "Did I go public too early", "did I break the embargo"... not good feelings. Simpler is better when it comes to launches. Saves everyone a lot of worry.
