C60 Auto with Nato strap (and C700 silicone strap)

My new watch arrived this morning. Absolutely delighted with the C60 and I think the Nato strap looks really good on it (I know there have been mixed thoughts on this). I have never had a Nato strap before so can't really compare the quality of it, however my only gripe is it is a bit thin.

The C700 silicone strap fits the watch really well and I think it looks good.

I will try and post some photos tomorrow when I get a chance to take them in daylight (my phone camera wasn't too good tonight).

Agree all I have owned of nylon straps are thin.... reason I do not wear them

Probably depends on how thick your watch is.

Don't think so.. but I can say none of my watches are <10mm. I have rubber straps kevlar etc that are reasonably thick but the nylons are thin. If you like them, that's great.

Ok, got round to taking a few pictures, but be warned they aren't as good as others on this forum!! Also, the watch made it through its first underwater outing today!!

Still delighted with it and I do like both straps.

And one with my first born!!!

I discoverd that all you have to do is a copy and paste. How? Go to your post with all the pics, click on edit, highlight the entire message, copy and paste it in the Gallery with a new topic.

The rubber strap doesn't look bad but to me, the C60 begs, as Kip would put it, for a steel bracelet.

I haven't worn a watch with a bracelet for about 10 years, however I understand that people think the C60 needs one - all about your own preference in the end. It would be a boring world if we all thought the same

Actually, Kip had referred that about my C700 as begging for a steel bracelet. A divers style watch looks super with that rubber strap because, IMHO, it's a divers watch, meant for water and you wouldn't go diving with a leather strap, for instance. I guess what I'm saying; it would appear to be inappropriate or mismatched with the watch. When it came to most watches, accept for my C5, I always preferred bracelets.

That c700 silicon looks absolutely fantastic on the C60, great combi and ideal for a divers watch

As for the NATO, aka deckchair chic, sorry, but absolutely not my thing at all....
