C3SXK vs C3SXK2

Post by IanR »

Does anyone know what the difference is between the new C3SXK2 leather strap and the original C3SXK (currently reduced on the CW website).

Thanks,

Ian

Yes, I took a look on the website and they use the same image for both straps. I had to look for the C3 Malvern watch to see the older strap.

See here for a fast-track method of getting questions to the company.

I believe the difference is in the deployment clasp.

The original straps had a two fold opening, without a push button opening mechanism.

The SXK2 version has a push-button opening and is a three-fold clasp.

Both work perfectly well, although you could argue that the '2' version is a bit more sophisticated.
