Just an observation but there are three, yes three C2 quartz Lidos for sale at present - white face - between £60 and £75 opening bid. One has a BIN of £150.

Bum timing on the part of the sellers to clash listings... I would call that a buyers market I must admit I've never warmed to its design for a number of reasons although the C20 clearly has a following here - looks like bargain time?

I own a C2 that I bought unused from another forum member. It's a very well made, nice looking watch, but I have worn it a handful of times and it just sits in its box ticking away. I need to motivate myself to actually take some photos and post it for sale on the forum. These watches were sold off for £75 and at that price they were an absolute bargain. I bought mine with a 2nd strap and i don't think you could find a better quartz watch with two very nice deployment clasp straps for £100. The C2 does have a loyal following and rightly so but it just doesn't float my boat and for that reason i will, at some stage, move it on.

To answer Colin's question perhaps like me the sellers got the £75 bargain. It is not the most favoured watch I have ever owned but it gets an outing quite often!

Same here. I love it, and it actually makes me want to get dressed up more often.

Have to say that the C2 is my most stylish quartz. Probably the best VFM watch I've bought in my crazy first year of watch collecting. 75 quid was an absolute steal.

Must say I have just had a look over there and they are lovely looking watches. Having already bought a CW watch I must say I am very impressed with the build of their watches. For the price these are going for I am tempted (Almost wish I had never seeen this thread now!)

Go for one...you know you want to.

If you can get any of those C2's for less than £100 on E-bay you won't be disappointed i promise... They look way more classy and expensive than there lowly price suggests!

I bagged one when they went for £75.00 and its on my wrist all the time...

Don't wish that. This is the place to be even if you buy a watch just once in a while. I've look so often at so many other sources and sure, there's the Omega Sea whatever that I'd love to have but I'm not rich enough. Here, I can find something that to me is worth just as much at a more affordable cost and be happy.

The first one of the three on eBay Sold for £104.52 with 5 bids

A bargain for an almost new, classy Swiss watch.

I was the sucessful bidder on ebay for the first one at £104.52. I am now waiting delivery of the watch and will post pictures when it arrives. This is my second CW watch my first CW watch a C6 Kingfisher was purchased three weeks ago.
