Here are some pictures of the Makaira on my 7.1" wrist. It seems the lugs go past my wrist a bit but I think that's the way the case is designed because the lugs are huge! Otherwise, it looks great and completely fills my wrist perfectly. It is also not too thick that you couldn't wear it under a cuff. I would not want to wear a watch any bigger, though.

If it's comfortable, Great!! Nobody is looking at the lugs anyway. They are just staring at that beautiful dial.

A great big "Thank you" to Kip, Robert, Guy, Paul, missF, bspj, Ferg and Joseph for your enabling!

I love my C11 MSL vintage with the PVD finish! It's a keeper. And to top it all off, I like the tan strap!

If left to my own devices I never would have checked out the watch, thinking it would just be too big for my wrist.

I would include a wrist shot but the pictures I've tried don't really show the true (in my mind) spatial relationship of the watch to the wrist and arm. What can I say, I'm a skinny dude. :)

Again, thanks!

I found the pix on the website showed the blue version in a way that looked dark and faded, but your photos show the blue is actually really very nice and it appears, bright. Very nice.

The flash may have been used on that photo, though. It's darker in real life. I once edited a photo of mine to better show off the real color:

It's an attractive blue; more strong than bright. Not the easiest blue to find matching straps, unfortunately.
