C1 Bel Canto

Post by ajax87 »

The teasers have started! I’m excited.

Anyone know what this is? Maybe the big curved piece makes the sound, like a tuning fork. The smaller piece would be the striker.

Understandable. If you set your bookmark to “Unread Posts” you get taken there automatically. I’ve done that for years. :D

Thanks for the tip, I’ll check it out!

In all fairness, while “sneak previews” does seem like a good place to discuss it on the surface, the descriptor of that sub forum being “prototypes and sketches of non-production watches” makes it a little less likely for people who browse the forum like I do to find it.

That's why the "unread posts" view of the forum is helpful - you get to see all threads with unread posts and can judge the threads by their own title/caption rather than assume all threads in a subforum you never visit are not worth reading.

The reason why I don’t frequent that sub forum isn’t because of any assumptions. It’s because nobody has posted anything in it in more than 3 years…

The situation is easily fixed by Steve’s kind recommendation.

There's a sneak preview sub forum? Wow. Who knew, not me clearly.

There’s nothing wrong with this thread, but let’s lock it to avoid two sets of parallel discussions.

Discuss the C1 Bel Canto teaser HERE…

Discuss subforums and bookmarks HERE…
