Kinda like when I bought my C65 AMGT LE, billed as CW’s last quartz watch, only for CW to release two more limited edition quartz watches that were nearly identical. That was a bitter pill to swallow.

I must say I was impressed by the reaction from the Watchfinder man.

It is somewhat amusing to see the green version released so quickly. I think I might like the green colour more than the blue, and in any event it's really great to get an opportunity to reconsider, having missed the first time.

The watch appears to be something of a bargain, but then all CW watches are, pretty much. It may be an opportunity I will regret with the benefit of hindsight, but I still don't think this one is for me.

What are the rules around cancelling a pre-order, alot can happen in 6 months!

I'll be sticking with my blue one. It is a more popular, classic and versatile colour.

Green is very much on the fashionably side (in general and there are exceptions).

@nbg - you're spot on with the reseller's attitude, Neil; I've been wondering when we might see the first blue Bel Canto on eBay.

As for the long wait, of course CW have to complete their blue orders first. So the question is who is willing to sign up for the green model at this point in time.

Well I baled out of a blue dial for no better reason than paypal wouldn't let me proceed to purchase on 0% interest stage payments I guess because £.5k would have topped my credit limit. I have privately resolved to settle up with paypal so this won't happen again. At the time of baling out I knew that I was probably kissing goodbye to the same one-time opportunity which accompanied the Concept: the difference there was that I was pretty confident that a dive watch would get wrist time: and so it proved. But a dressy watch with a relatively quiet hourly "ting"? I wasn't so sure.

Would I begrudge CW producing a second or third run of the C60 Concept? no I wouldn't. It's just a watch ffs!

Might I go one step further if there's a further second run of Bel Canto and proceed to purchase? Well I might. What colour dial though?
