I have a 18K rose gold case Polerouter Deluxe with the same minimalist styling as the Halo 12, that is actually Genta-designed and not simply Genta-inspired. :D

It sounds like a straight take-down of the Ti would have suited you perfectly. Perhaps minus the date.
Exactly. I love the fume dials of the Ti, though I don't need the 36mm to be in Ti.

Not sure what I think of these. Initially it was, "oh no!" Now I'm drifting in to, "oh wait a minute." First I thought black was the pick, but now I think rhodium. Then I thought the dial would have benefited from some cardinal point applied plots or similar; perhaps a faintly etched minute track. However, at this price point, I think the SW330 movement would have been much more in keeping with the luxury aesthetic.

These are tricky and pulling me in a number of different directions at the same time.

I looked at these and thought, no way. It's a woman's watch in size and design.

I'm now thinking, it's just the size that is wrong, that and as strapline says some kind of minute track?

40mm please.

:) What I think would work, as an alternative to the normal textured dials, a slightly different version:

40mm case.
No date.
Rose gold hands, with lume.
Very small non lumed rose gold indices.
No minute track.
Black dial as per the 36 halo.
Two versions - with and without a rose gold bezel.

Turning this around a little...

It's a watch that women could wear comfortably.

The size isn't wrong. It's just not right for you.

I’m thinking about how the 12 bezel is actually a bit wonky on a no index watch. It’s sort of implying hour indexes but it’s not aligned.

I think they should have rotated it so the angles line up with where the hour indexes would go.

That's fair comment.

I wasn't being misogynistic in any way, but 36mm is small. I have a 7.5 inch wrist.

I've also reconsidered the minute track and I don't think it needs one, just some small 'gold' pips for the hour markers?

It's got potential. At this rate, I'll probably have bought one before my next post :)

I've thought about this for a few days now, and read a few reviews of the launch.

I think I would have preferred it with a seconds hand. I think I would have preferred it with a non textured ultra black type dial, or maybe an enamelled pure white dial. However these are minor quibbles. It is what it is, and it's a lovely watch.

However I just can't think that that a 36mm version would look the part on my wrist, and unless a 40mm appears, I won't be seeking expenditure approval from my wife. I'll wait to see what the new Moonphase offers.

Oh, I certainly don't see it as a woman's watch. I just see an elegant dressy type watch, that happens to be on the small side for me.
