A family member is going back to the UK on monday so I think I'll ask him to send it in for me.

So now I'm two to three weeks away from getting the Magrette back and a month from the Pouge and maybe four to five weeks without the Trident!!!!

Not sure I can manage, may get withdrawals. I know what I'll have to do.....

This happened to mine too but was sorted under warranty. It seems it's a popular watch and there aren't many reports of it happening so it's probably not common but it can happen!

Before shipping your watch out, if that's what you're going to do, you may want to check with your country's customs office to find out if they can issue a record that shows that you're sending it out of the country, and will serve to excuse customs' fees when it returns. I may have done that from the USA many years ago but, my memory is not completely solid on this point. At any rate, it may be easy to check, regardless of where you are. Best of luck. SStephen
