My Bel Canto was supposed to be delivered in June, it was rescheduled for a delivery in October and then I have received the same mail as others saying they are late. Worst thing without saying nothing regarding a new foreseens date. On this basis I don't thing they are delivering so many Bel Canto in these days...

Sorry about the delay you are experiencing
All I can say is, I am really enjoying the watch and have received nothing but compliments on it (hang in there)
There is an owner on Watchuseek who also received a Rosa like mine

Also sharing the reply I received after completing my post-purchase survey

I understand your frustration in terms of the delay to your Bel Canto. Mike France did personally send an email back in August confirming the delay to all Bel Cantos with much regret, but I understand your points.

We have tried to keep all of our Bel Canto customers in the loop as much as possible in terms of estimated delivery dates but, I appreciate in certain circumstances, it was not enough so again, please accept my apologies for that.

Hi, I just joined the Forum. I wanted to ask all of those people who received #6 email of the journey to making the Bel Canto, did you actually receive your watch shortly after?

I placed my order for the Viola in Jan_23 I was initially given a Dec_23 date, I then received an email advising it was being delayed to Apr_24. Fine no probs. But then each week recently I've been receiving the journey emails with #5 this weekend. So I'm beginning to wonder (hope) I'm back on with my original delivery date of Dec_23.

I promise to upload a photo if I get it!!

Welcome,
Thank you for sharing your timeframe and colorway info.
I have seen the Viola and it is beyond amazing.
The delivery of the 6 emails may be difficult for us to correlate to a delivery of your Bel Canto.
For example, my watch arrived on October 31, 2023 and I just received the fifth email in the series on November 11, 2023 (yes, after delivery of my watch).

As @Grand Seiko said, I don’t think there’s a correlation anymore between when you get the emails and the watch delivery. I think there was supposed to be, but the delays put a crimp in that plan. For example, I received 1-4 before the first delay, then four months later I got #5 and #6 at the exact same time - to the minute - then a week and a half later I got the email about the second delay.

Was this a delivered watch or did you see it at an event/on display?

I saw the Bel Canto for the first time at the Wind Up Watch Fair when it was in Chicago earlier this year.

https://windupwatchfair.com/chicago/

Someone from CW brought the event to my attention.
I had a nice chat with Mr. Seltzer at the event and he showed me his Blue LE on a brown strap.
I believe they had the 4 regular colorways to play with. They did not have the green LE or the gold gravel-like LE.
