Very cool, to me the Viola and the Phoenix are the most exiting colors offered to date.
I am old and dull so the Rosa is a better match for me.

When you say no word, does that mean no update after they gave you a first target delivery month (ex. July 2023) and then a delayed delivery month (ex Nov 2023)?

I meant no word on final delivery like you’ve received.

Total comms are: ordered a Viola on bracelet Dec 20 and given a June delivery. Told on May 4th by CS that June delivery was still on track. Received the delay notification mass email on June 29th. Followup Aug 3rd email gave an October delivery. No word on final delivery since.

If they say October, then man up and provide a real update as they will not be hitting that target

Update in today. Watches arrive daily, and all in order how it was placed apparently, however they cannot tell when mine will arrive still or if it arrives this month..

Sounds like a scripted response.
Mine is currently in the hands of DHL at Heathrow, and is targeted for delivery to me on November 1, 2023.

Didn't they give you a delivery window of Oct 9-12? That's pretty specific for "we cannot tell when it will arrive or if it arrives this month."

Sorry, I may have omitted a few items in the info chain.
After failing on the July 2023 target, i received an updated target of November 2023 for my watch from CW.
On Oct 14, 2023 I received an email saying my order is ahead of schedule and included the first journey info on the platine. I had also received that a while ago.
On Oct 21, 2023 I received the second journey info email with content on platine finishing.
On October 25, 2023 I received the how to complete payment email which included the following; The good news is that your watch is here and ready to be despatched. We just need you to pay the outstanding balance before we can send it to you.
I made my payment on that date.
DHL communicated the target delivery date.

How do you rate your overall experience with Christopher Ward?
I believe I was able to trash management while noting the customer service agent was totally fine

As is mine. Anyone want to take a bet on whether it’ll be delivered by its October delivery date? Or when I’ll receive any information at all?

Ok, my Bel Canto arrived a couple of days before the delivery target.
I like it.
The finishing is very nice all around.
The Rosa color is warm and subtle, more of a light brown in indoor light.
Wears nicely and pretty comfortable.
Looking forward to hear my first chiming.

A few more points
Winding is quite smooth
The chime comes turned off for shipping, the pusher action is crisp
Experienced the chime for the first time, a discreet kind of experience
