I have a Bel Canto on order, in the first group after the LEs

I received an email today with a nice detailed update regarding delivery targets

Production of my watch to begin in April 2023

QC and regulation in June

Delivery to me in July

I really like how these folks work with customers

I've just been advised my cielo will be ready in Oct. Happy with the delivery date and Comms.

What was the deposit required to order one? Presume it’s still covered by the return policy? Just not sure if it’s too big for me

I am surprised that delivery of the Green LE wouldn’t be ahead of any of the 4 new colors

Me too, maybe my ETA will move forward a bit - I'm just looking at the ETA at the time of order which was before they (presumably) figured out a way to ramp product speed.

May I ask when you placed your order? I did mine for the black one on the day the email was sent out and it says October for me...

Thank you for your recent Nero Bel Canto order (0000000) and deposit. I am now pleased to confirm your watch will be delivered to you in July.

The manufacturing process of your Bel Canto will commence in April with assembly, QC and final regulation happening in June.

Order placed on Dec. 20 18,50 GMT +1, delivery is expected in June.

Thank you for letting me know. I placed my order on 20th December too but because of a glitch on their system I had to cancel and it and reorder and now it looks like I lost my place in the queue
