I am new to the CW experience, with my Bel Canto being the first one I have ordered
I received an email (1 of 6 they say) with some behind the scenes tidbits
Pretty cool thing for them to do

That is cool! Thanks for sharing. It’s nice having a peek behind the curtain.

Brilliant way of keeping the customer engaged while waiting.
Time and money? I’ve spent most of mine on booze and women. The rest I just wasted…

Yes, this is really cool. I wonder if any other manufacturer with long lead time is doing this? I’m looking at you, AnOrdain…

Re: Bel Canto Behind the Scenes Email
This is great... I wonder if CW could be encouraged sending this to existing Bel Canto customers too

Re: Bel Canto Behind the Scenes Email
I am glad that folks enjoyed these tidbits and I will share the subsequent issues.
I tried to determine where the machine work was being done based on the technician's name and that was not successful.
I then searched to see what watch maker in Switzerland uses a Bumotec S191 and came up with Niru Geneva, so perhaps this is the shop.

That is so cool. It would be nice if CW sent these to Azurro Blue and green BC customers too. Many thanks to "Grand Seiko" for posting and sharing.

Re: Bel Canto Behind the Scenes Email
Armin Strom was mentioned by CW in connexion with the platine. Maybe that was just R&D, not manufacturing.
