Rob,

Great catch - pity it never made it into production.

Paul, I agree, apparently it was decided it was too similar to the Bremont Solo, there was a black dialled one too, but I prefer the blue dial.

anyone going to mention the latest bracelet micro adjustment clasp design that we had a look at? :silent:
Never to see the light of day unfortunately as CW now has a further cunning plan.
MKIII ( or is it MKIIII (IV)) on the way.

Why mention it, they are utterly incapable of making it!

What then is the further cunning plan? To rehash the same bracelet until Trident Version 10?

CW want to play with the big boys, they need to get every part of the watch right.

When the new bracelet is meant to be, it will show itself. Until then, we have an excellent bracelet to work with.

Glass half empty?
It was a prototype perchance, much the same as a watch that is only ever a prototype/pre-production model.
It could also be seen a aiming to "get every part of the watch right" or at the very least to their satisfaction.

As it has been seen, then they do appear to be utterly capable of making it.

file that updated clasp under "i'll believe it when i see it on sale on the site." until then, it's just an elusive jabberwocky.

Which bit of "it will never see the light of day" did people miss?
As far as I know (which isn't much I grant you) it was a prototype that will not go in to production as it is now.
Other than this weeks euro lottery numbers, I do not know what the future holds.

Not really micro adjusting, but it was as good, if not better than the divers extension on my Oris &'Omega bracelets, but still not a patch on my Tudor (Pelagos) bracelet.
