No problems large or small at this house.

I didn't have problems with my C60s. I've never had an issue with any CW to be honest.

Sorry for the delayed response - I have checked in on occasion.

A good update from me:
Last week, I received the watch back from CW in London and it seems to be as good as new. Customer service was quick to update, and the repairs relatively speedy - and, most of all, my prized watch is back on my wrist looking gorgeous.
