Orange bezel with the stainless steel strap was the winner. Crossing my fingers that it's here for the anniversary (9/20). I think he's going to be SO excited.

Great job! Notwithstanding the greatness of the C60, your thoughts will count more than any physical gift I am sure.

Just a suggestion, and since you seem to have spent some time researching into the CW range, maybe you would also like to order a CW from the ladies range, or even the C61, to commemorate the occasion? I am sure any guy would be even more excited if his wife also share his passions, well, at least I would. :)

Excellent choice! The orange bezel really makes the watch pop. He's going to love it, I'm sure.

Hehe :) Would love to, but I don't think our bank account can handle two watch passions in the family...this is the first CW purchase, and from the sounds of this forum, sounds like we might be starting down a slippery slope. :)

To late .....you are on the slope already. :D

Just remember to post the photos, get your husband signed in upon presentation and join in the fun. Eventually, a few well timed sales and perhaps a surprise or two from the sales corner and you won't even feel the pain in your wallet.

Lnewv5 wrote:You all are so helpful. Thanks so much. So, he's been coveting this watch for awhile, so I realized his browser history would maybe tell me the answer. Which it did, and the answer is C60. Sounds like I have an answer and you all would have approved of that choice.

I wish we could do a trip to the showroom together! We live in the US, and London is my favorite place...maybe for a really big anniversary...
I don't want to put a dampener on proceedings but, as you found out that your husband was looking at the C60 from his browser were you able to check to see if

1. He has ordered a watch already and
2. If he too has joined this forum.

Just a thought.

Guy

I like it  . I'm 5'8" and 160 pounds and find the C60 sits well so a big fella like him will wear the 42mm size comfortably. What a considerate wife you are

I'm about the same size as Iank, with a 7" wrist, and the c60 fits perfectly. I'm sure he'll be thrilled!
Have a wonderful anniversary.

I think that this should be the forums first "live and on air" webcast presentation and opening of a watch!
