Addicted to watches

Post by Dario »

My name is Dario. I am 52 years young and i am addicted to watches. The more i look the more i see beautiful pieces. My wish list is growing by the day. If i am not careful this addiction could get out of control. I have now discovered the Seiko big monster. What is more the latest version in black and orange can be had for £180 :D

What is a man to do?
Step 1 - A PM to Kip requesting more meds is the usual first step......things will appear to be in perspective then

Step 2 - A PM to me requesting a "what've you got for sale Reggie ?" The perspective is always better with more choices.....

Step 3 - The meds kick in, you buy more watches from me and then relax and think " Wow, this is fantastic"

Cost of available watches is always > available budget...

therefore you can choose:
- poverty
- insanity
- a modest collection of only 20-50 watches, knowing that this has demonstrated your ability to show restraint!

Not seeing a problem here, but meds are available. :D

Haven't posted this for awhile, so I guess it is time for a reminder.

The 13 magic ingredients of the meds are well guarded.... but this is what they do!

#1 is to help ease the anxiety and increase anticipation when placing an order.
#2 is to help give you the courage to pull the trigger on the Buy Now button.
#3 is to encourage you to purchase just one more.
#4 is to release the guilt from your mind over thinking about or actually hitting the Buy Now button.
#5 is to keep your mind actively thinking of ways to get another watch into your home unnoticed.
#6 is a pure pain reliever that kicks in only if needed should it get noticed.
#7 is to make sure that you are never satisfied and builds your cravings.
#8 is to make certain that when balancing the accounts that certain items are deducted...just never entered.
#9 is to help you feel euphoric knowing that you have completed a purchase.
#10 is to help build the anticipation of arrival.
#11 is to increase the desire to jump back into the hunt.
#12 is to settle thy nerves when headed for reinforcing treatments.
#13 is a stabilizer to balance ingredients 1-12

Special treatments are also available at various levels tailored for Newbies and veterans of the
hunt.

if there's anyone else here who only has one watch so far, i urge extreme caution if you hang around........they'll get you every which way they can, knowing that as soon as you've got the second it's downhill to a collection. it can't be an addiction if you've only got one watch, right? (and no - straps don't count........they really don't, do you hear me?!)

i plan to remain defiant
watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

I'm always looking and then looking some more.... Plenty of brands I would like to see in the flesh.
Happy to have a small collection of watches I love for different occasions.

You can't win around here Dario, if a lovely looking CW watch doesn't get you one of the many other micro brands that you will read a lot about will!

I started with a lovely CW C60 Trident and love it but read about a micro brand called Obris Morgan on this forum and hey ho, ordered one of them too.

Only been here 6 weeks or so lol

Welcome to the forum!
