Oh dear. When I click on the link I was sent I just get the ”spinning circle”. Very frustrating.

Well that was a complete waste of time. The link I was sent doesn’t work; I tried it with Safari and Firefox on my iPad but neither worked.

I would send a gentle note to CW about this. There is no way for them to know who just didn't attend and who couldn't get in. Surely it’s the same link going to everyone? I had no problem joining but couldn’t find any chat facility. I was a mere spectator. I am sure it is the same link. If I was CW though, if I didn't hear anything then I would assume everything was working fine. Feedback is key here I think.

On the right of the screen, there is a separate panel that stated "join the chat" [or something like that]
You just had to enter your name into the name field, and the greyed out button to join is activated. Click on that and you are now able to post. No need to sign up/log in to Vimeo.
At the start, there was a bit of lag and buffering issue [as if web traffic was too heavy], but that soon went away.

I will just add that I was on a desktop PC that has no camera or microphone. Worked just fine for me, since I wasn't going to speak or turn on the camera.

I’ve already sent a note to CW informing them of the problems I found. Hopefully there’s a simple tweak they can make so the link is more robust next time.
