P.S., I did not dare mention it on the chat functionality (and barely dare mention it now), but I did notice the Azzuro(?) Bel Canto that MF was wearing on his wrist was running about 30 seconds slow of time when it chimed midway through the call!
Might the delay in the Chime of Mike France's Bel Canto have been the result of lag / speed of broadband and/or WiFi etc. in the transmission of the preview over the Internet?

Or maybe Mike just isn't quite as bothered as most of us to always synchronize his watch to the time signal.

Welcome. Indeed you do. However, there’s no need to hurry: the preview was yesterday and there’s unlikely to be another for some time.

However, you can use one of your five to visit the Member Introduction section and tell us about yourself (and your watches). 8)
That's awfully nice of you.
That i shall do

Or he has worn it for a week or two and hasn't bothered to reset it as a possibility.

I'm hoping these new watches, either the sports or the 300 ultimate (has anyone seen these two in the same room together?) at least have the logo straight. The preview pic shows the wonky square on the bottom again.

I think this is due to the difficulty in applying the indices onto a textured dial and why perhaps, a printed logo might be better in some circumstances.

Anyway, I'm all for evolution, as long as it's for objective improvements. I think CW could do with some stability in their branding and design of their core models, which they now have in the 300 and Sealander. Both cracking watches that should only be refined (in my opinion) and not redefined.

:) Or do what I do with mine…

Set it about a minute slow.

That way if I am wearing it whilst looking at my phone or iPad the odds are I will spot that it is coming up to the hour, before it tings.

Gives me time to look at it and watch the moment the hammer strike the gong, as well as hearing the ting. :)

Simple pleasures!

Nice to see Kip on the call and put the name to the face  Lovely collection of clocks in the background there Kip, do you keep them maintained / wound as I noticed they were on different times?

Also, who was the fourth person on the call (the one fielding the questions from chat) as I didn't quite catch their name
CW C9 SH21 | C60 Apex SH21 | C60 Elite GMT | C65 SH21
Ernst Benz Chronoscope DLC
Islander ISL-19 "beater"
Oris WilliamsF1 Day Date 2004
Phoibos Leviathan DLC
Tag Aquaracer

Too many watches, not enough time :(

Yes, but the first rule of "Watch Club" is "We Don't Talk About Watch Club".

The guy with Mike France is Will Brackfield, designer in chief.

The other guy is Brian Hall, CWE Admin.

@CBMVic20 There was also Patrick Gilbertson from the CW marketing team, who was off camera but ran the slide show and relayed questions to Mike & Will.

I wind the clocks in a different rotation every few weeks so they all get a run. There are 5 (in the room) that I wind every week Just because I like them running. As we approach Daylight Savings/Standard time I let run out the week before. There are 82 clocks in this room. The rest are scattered about the house.

Go on a museum day in London. Make sure you’re in the Science Museum before midday, make your way up to the Clockmaker’s Museum and stand in awe as dozens of amazing clocks by Quare, Tompion, Graham, Harrison and others all start chiming and striking. It’s mesmerising!

And don’t forget H5, Ruth Belville’s Arnold pocket watch, and Edmund Hillary’s Smiths Deluxe!

For those that emailed Declan about pre-order, did anyone get a response?

Thanks
