I just recently had a rather long correspondence with Chris Ward and wanted to share with you what that was. He has given me permission to post his message as I see fit. Uh oh ...

Because the message contained so many parts on more than one topic, just to keep the comments reasonably on focus, I split the email into 3 separate threads. For clarity, I even changed the order of some of the parts.

Am I missing something here. I can't seem to find the long correspondence mentioned in the post. Do I need to go somewhere else to view it.
