3 CWL watches arrived today! Big smiles

Well after buying the first dbr1 and then selling it after buying another dbr1 COSC I've decided the c70s aren't really my kind of watch. I gave it a try on and wore it for a few hours and came to my conclusions.

It was loads lighter than I was expecting and the deployment strap is a pain. I think I'm
Going to stick to my autos with mainly metal straps. The dbr1 COSC is in the process of being rehomed.(offer already accepted). I had great luck with this purchase but I just can't see me wearing it often enough to warrant keeping it. It's sad really as it does look great and to find one in mint condition is pretty rare.

I did intend on having rare grail type watches in my collection or maybe collect the COSCs. But I can see no reason to keep it when there are other watches I'll wear rather than it.
One day I'll get found out.

Shame you didn't get on with it, funny enough I had a DBR1 in today for a cell/reseal(second one that's been brought in the past few months), it's a lovely looking watch in the flesh.

I couldn't pay the going rate for a quartz watch though, but other than that I'd be very tempted to try and hunt one down.

Interesting fact, both customers that brought them in classed them as cheap watches, I guess it goes to show(I remember many of us here thinking they were overpriced on release).
