Re: 2024 expectations
I'm looking to buy both the C60 Trident Pro 300 and the Twleve (Steel Bracelet) but am going to wait until hopefully the movements are upgraded to a COSC
Re: 2024 expectations
I seem to remember Mike saying in an interview (Worn&Wound) that the MK4 Trident would be delayed from May 2023 to 2024 in favour of the MK3.1. This was from at least a year+ back so plans might have changed..Richardod64 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2023 2:41 pm I'm looking to buy both the C60 Trident Pro 300 and the Twleve (Steel Bracelet) but am going to wait until hopefully the movements are upgraded to a COSC
C63 Sealander Jura Green LE
Re: 2024 expectations
Be great to see a square tonneau watch. I would also love to see a slightly larger Sealander. CW really has a great thing going with the Sealander and Tridents. Be interesting to see where they go from here.
Re: 2024 expectations
I'd like to see my BMF and Bel Canto arrive. I'll be in the market for a Chronograph some time in 2024, but I'm not sure what I'll be going for. Nothing in CW's current range will fill that gap. If my BMF had turned up on time, I would have had the CW Chronograph for Christmas.
C63 Sealander - Hunter Green. Twelve Ti -Purple. C65 Aquitaine - Seagrass Green. C63 SH21 Blue Marine Foundation - broken - again. C1 Bel Canto - Voila
Re: 2024 expectations
I'm looking forward to the January sale as well. I need to get an Aquitaine to feed my addiction until my Bel Canto arrives, currently struggling to pick between Bronze and Black Orca GMT, so if either gets a discount that will make it much easier for me.
And of course, the new SH21 will be a really nice addition that I'm looking forward to. I have 2 watches with the old SH21 and I really love them, but slimmer is definately better.
In the long run, I'm actually (patiently) waiting for a new Moonphase. The new one is really awesome with the aventurine dial, but I'd miss having indexes and seems just a bit to dressy for my style. So probably somewhere in-between current Moonglow and Moonphase would be the ideal watch for me. Throw in an SH21 and I won't be able to resist it, and I'd probably put it at the same coolness level as Bel Canto.

Re: 2024 expectations
The feeling in my bones is this is the way that SH21.2 'breaks cover'.
Personally, the wish is for a Twelve 36 in deeper, richer colours. A nice red wine would be get me interested for sure.
Expectations? Sealander chronograph. I think another complication in that range is due. Maybe a day/date with day at 12, date at 6.

Re: 2024 expectations
Hopefully that CW are on track and catching up and keeping on top of their production schedules, but would love to see a 5day sh21 based watch on sale in 2024 - fingers crossed.
Re: 2024 expectations
Yes (hopefully the gradiented Astral Blue!), AND ALSO with the better SW300 movement.
No need for titanium.

Re: 2024 expectations
What are people’s thoughts on development of a modified SW200/SW300 to add a longer power reserve? Would be great to see something like this while maintaining the same beat rate. Curious in general if they’ll lean more heavily into the engineering/technical side.

Re: 2024 expectations
This won't happen from CW but Sellita is working on a replacement for the SW200. It remains to be seen if the PR will be higher than the SW300s 56 hours.rockchalk89 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 04, 2024 6:14 pm What are people’s thoughts on development of a modified SW200/SW300 to add a longer power reserve? This is a really good interview from Crown and Caliber from Nov 2022.

The SH21 yes. The SH21-2 is anyone's guess.golfjunky wrote: ↑Thu Jan 04, 2024 9:37 amthe SH21 is waaaaaaaayyyyyyy too fat for the 12Noush wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2024 10:09 pmThe feeling in my bones is this is the way that SH21.2 'breaks cover'.

Re: 2024 expectations
As the current SH21 stands, absolutely. But is it not the idea with SH21.2 that it will be more compact?
Of course whether compact enough for the Twelve is another thing again. Thinness is key for it. We shall see.
