I didn't receive the 10% discount either 
, I've bought two watches this month, Malvern Chrono and a Terminator, when I inputed Chrono10 it said not recognised!

Did you use the link that Hans provided in the first link of this thread? This is a discount for members only I believe. Were you registered at the time of your order(s)?
