well.....having said back at the start of the thread that i was surprised how much i like the bracelet:

a) i think a strap is a great idea, will look really stylish, and as you say will transform the watch all over again
b) i think the brushed bracelet looks fantastic (being no great fan of shiny bits on bracelets!)

yay! once again you've managed to hold on to a watch that i predict is going to become a long-term keeper!
(i covet this watch, but since i think it may be a bit too much of a boy's watch even for me, i'd gladly see it on my best male mate's wrist instead!)
watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

Which glass fibre pen did you use & where did you get it from? I've seen a Bergeon pen on watchobsession, is that similar?

It's just a cheap one from cousins(I work with watches so have these things laying around), I suspect the Bergeon pen you're talking about is better.

The Bergeon is a better quality pen, but it doesn't do a better job. It does seem to last a bit longer, but not worth the price difference in my experience.
