My Trident Pro 600 GMT

Post by JenningsPC »

It’s been a while since posting on the forum and I wanted to update the group with my impressions of my Trident GMT now that I have owned it for a while.

The watch is primarily attached to a nato strap, and in this case a Bond Zulu Diver from Watch Gecko. The color combination for me is very appealing and the watch rides effortlessly on wrist only reminding me of its presence when checking the time or when I just take a moment to enjoy watch for what it is. Obviously, I have buyers remorse, just kidding.

Amazing enough the watch has been out performing it’s rated accuracy which is always welcomed in all of our watches.

I have to admit I still wish the GMT bezel was a true 24 hour that graces the new Tridents, but I am not interested in purchasing the newer watch. The main reason being the wave dial on my iteration of the watch is one of favorite aspects of its overall design. I wish that would have made the cut for the current generation. Then a 40 mm in a different color would be in my collection.

Wrist time, this watch gets its fair share being my go to banger when I am home and sometimes my work GMT when flying.

My Trident remains a faithful tool watch and one that I will enjoy wearing for a long time.

Well guys time to abandon the auto shop waiting room and go buys tires next. I’d rather go buy a watch.

Nice pick up! The wave dial is also one of my favorite features of the Mk II. I've always loved that red bezel so I'm aiming at getting one of the new ones but my Mk II is a keeper.
