Very nice UB, a classy (and accurate :D ) timepiece. You have captured the nice sheen on the dial and the as yet unblemished case looks stunning. Enjoy

It's really hard not to appreciate the simple elegant awesomeness of the malvern. Like a single crystal clear note.

I know I'm in a bit of a minority around here, not owning a Malvern, but the C50 is really rather tempting and those photos are no help!

Looks great UB

Is that the standard strap or the upgraded alligator one?

The C50 COSC is the watch I NEED :D next.

Morning Sadgit - good name, I ought to now call myself oldgit, having passed on my motorbikes. The strap is the standard one. The current real alligator doesn't appeal. I still like the original CW alligator straps. When I have more funds (i.e recovered from a daughter's imminent wedding) I quite fancy fitting a decent ostrich leather strap. Had one before.
Time keeping - kept to +2 until two days ago then has dropped back to -3secs. I'll wear it for somewhat longer, until I am satisfied with a consistency of time-keeping, before considering any adjustment. I still think that this watch is just quietly, 'orlrite, ennit' as praise was given a few days ago... UB :)

Thanks for quick reply UB.

The name Sadgit came from my wife, she asked me what I was doing on the laptop one day, when I explained I was on a car forum (chatting about a car I dont own) she called me a Sadgit and as she is always right :problem: I have used it ever since.

Love that strap, sets the face off a treat.

NEED a dress watch and thats the one for me, wonder if no 77 is still available?

Must not call Wera to ask or CW no 4 will be on its way

I'll ask a question to all involved about the C50 COSC: Do you think that it's best suited to an older person or would somebody in their 20s be able to pull this off? When I look a this watch I envisage it being sat on the wrist of a middle-aged male which leads me to believe it may not be right for me.

Still, it's an absolutely beautiful watch and if a friend asked me to recommend one CWL watch to them this would probably it. Maybe I've just answered my own question about the watch for me!
