I think leather on a diver watch looks just fine.....it's how I've got the few I have :D

I also like the orange stitch, but not so sure about the croc 'pattern' ......I usually associate that with a more dressy watch, but it's your watch, and if you like it................... :)

I'm quite partial to a diver on a NATO strap myself, but the beauty of a diver is that it can look cool on whatever strap, and I change mine for the occasion!
