Back in 2014 when I was searching for a divers watch of medium size, came across an 'English brand' with a very interesting design and great value. After being convinced by many good reviews, I gave it a go with the 1st C61 (metal bracelet) not knowing that I have been bitten by a "CW" bug...
Within the next few months, the 2nd C61 with leather strap arrived. It is so versatile and full of characters, you can simply match in various straps to be dressy or casual!!!
So now I am alternating the two watches because I cannot make up my mind on which one to wear... Just simply cannot get enough of it, you know what I mean...
Just thought of sharing with you enthusiastic guys...

Re: Love at first sight - C61 trident - pro 38mm
I like some of the new watches cw offer and the trident still offers good value for money but I hate hate hate the new logo, and for me the brand lost the plot when it released about 18 thousand new models in a calendar year with bits of chopped up God knows what in them... Yes it's cool they have a movement now but to me its now no different to most of swatch groups mid range with the odd overpriced lemon
Having said that I like the trident yours are lovely, I still have a couple of the early limited editions and I must admit I wear them, they get a lot of compliments because they are that bit different

Can't understand hating a logo to the point it turns you off to the brand but then again I didn't like the dot markers and didn't get a trident until the stick markers were introduced.

Ya, the new trident is indeed impressive and the batons gave it quite uniform look. Also like the white dial very much. On my wish list but having second thought since got 2 already.

Intrigued that you have two of the same watch, but I can understand the reasoning to be able to keep one on the bracelet and the other on a NATO; best combinations for your hot and humid weather.
Top notch.

Yes, you are absolutely correct.
Furthermore, wearing watches with metal bracelet for formal events has somewhat becoming a norm over here. It is now more popular than a dress watch with leather strap.
Wore this one to work today, the metal bracelet still got the shine and blinky... Never fail to catch the wandering eyes...

Just replaced the nato with a brown leather strap, extra strap from C9 JH. Here it is...
There is a slight gap compared the original black leather strap.
