Re: Limited Editions
A fine collection of LE's Ian. Nice photos too. The strap on your C5A looks sharp. I definitely think a flat strap suits the C5A better than the stock strap that tapers at the edges.

Re: Limited Editions
Very nice collection there Ian and great pictures. I am feeling a little guilty for pestering you until you sold me one of the limited editions that would have been in that line up, the cream faced mkI C5A
Thanks for sharing though, and if you ever want to sell the C60 FLE..... hint, hint

Re: Limited Editions
Looking at all 3 of the FLEs together (and having never seen any of them in the flesh yet), I have to say that the C20FLE is still my favorite. What a great, great watch that is. Everyone who owns one should feel real lucky.

Re: Limited Editions
Tell you what, this forum is pretty handy at the ol' watch designing malarkey!
Three very different styles but all great watches which are tasteful and distinctive.
Great pics, Ian, thanks for sharing.

Re: Limited Editions
I couldn't agree more Mortis. Despite some difficulties along the way. I think all 3 are watches to be proud of.Mortis wrote:Tell you what, this forum is pretty handy at the ol' watch designing malarkey!

Re: Limited Editions
Thanks for sharing these!
It is a shame that the late comers such as myself have missed on on some of the earlier Forum LEs. Really like the C20 2009 FLE. I then thought it was based on the C2. After seeing your photos, it confirmed it is the C20 Automatic. What a shame!
Wonder if there are any future opportunities of repeating some of the FLEs such as the C20 Blue dial LE.

Re: Limited Editions
The 2009 FLE was based on the C2. The C2 was only available as a quartz watch. The C20 auto came out in 2010 based on the Forum FLE. Note the dial differences.dj7 wrote:Thanks for sharing these!

Re: Limited Editions
Thanks, but I am only interested in a new one. Strictly speaking the 2009 FLE was a C2, therefore there has not been a FLE based on the C20. Well, I guess I can always dream...JAG wrote:You can always put a Want to Buy a C2 FLE in the wanted Area and stick around and hope and prey someone in time will want to part with 1 just a idea ! .
Re: Limited Editions
Thanks Kip, I have also heard from other members that there are dial differences. Other than the blue colour on the 2009 FLE, what are the dial differences between a C2 & a C20? As I said before that the C2 was already gone by the time I joined. I have therefore never seen a C2. Do you have pics of both or just a descriptions of the dial difference?Kip wrote:

Pictures of the C2 can be found here. I'm still working on my first cup of coffee so I don't see much difference.dj7 wrote:Thanks Kip, I have also heard from other members that there are dial differences.
