Update: I have been wearing the above combination 1 or 2 times, and it looks nice, but the color of the original strap is much better i.m.h.o. So now the Alligator doesn't get wrist-time anymore, and that's a shame because it is such a nice strap. But I found a solution, hopefully I'll be able to present the solution before the end of this week!

Maybe that strap would look better on the Aviator?
Let me present to you the new destination for the black alligator:
As expected, the black Malvern is a beauty, and the Hadley Roma goes very well with it! The original stap is a genuine leather one with croco-print and to be honest, it looks almost as good as the Hadley!
To my surprise I noticed that I never did a complete review of the C5 Malvern, I only posted some pics in the beginning (http://www.christopherwardforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=2); now that I have both the black and the white Malvern, I'll plan a review (might be interesting for new members), the Malvern deserves it!
I mentioned this before, but don't you agree that Chris should get new product-photos for the watches presented on the CW-website? Let's compare my pic (on top) with a pic on the CW-website (bottom):
I'm just a simple amateur-photographer, but I think mine is better, and the black C5 is not flattered with the picture on the website!
I completely agree. I have said it before on this forum, and I am pretty sure I have mentioned it to Chris, that the photos on his site just don't do the watches justice. I seriously doubt I would have bought my C5 based on the pictures on his site. It was a review at timezone that DavidM1 posted with some great photos that sold me on the watch.
