Some very nice watchboxes here at first sight at a reasonable price.

The C70IT is in maidenhead a&e at the moment. I am treating it to a new case as the bezel is chipped. Before and after photos soon. I miss this one as it was my second CW!

That is a beautiful looking box.

Are the slots big enough to hold a C8 (44mm)?

The slots are 50mm on this one (but as it is made to spec then you could get it made with slot width to suit)

I've done the same.

One question though @Chris. Do you think the depth of the slots is sufficient for deeper bodied/large crowned divers and chrono's ? I ought to go and measure the depth of mine (maybe tomorrow) but have found that some, for example the CW box, struggle to house the C40 and C9 chrono's comfortably.

As the lid is recessed it houses all my watches without problem, including a C900 monopusher which is pretty thick.

If you wanted to play safe you could ask the maker to adapt it, he is happy to customise his design.

The original one is a flat lid and so I use it for the quartz watches.
