The "Notched is a 24mm wide strap, cut down (notched) at the lug end to 22 or 20. The "Non-notched" are the same size all way round - 22mm at the buckle and 22mm at the lug.

If you look closely at Alphajet's strap, you can see it is "Notched". The ones below are non-notched. :)

Cheers for that. I no longer think "What the hell is the difference with these straps?"

Just ordered one for the website you recommended. Fingers crossed I don't get stung by customs!
