I've noticed that my Seiko 5 has lume that is the brightest and quickest to charge in my collection. Sort of a shame really since its the watch that I wear the least. The Steinhart seems very good too.
CWL, by comparison, seems to lack although not enough for me to really be upset about it. I'd be very happy if the lume on my C60 Kingfisher was a shake better.

Ah ha. It's not just me then. I've noticed that compared to my seamaster, my C11 and C8 don't come up anywhere near as bright (unless subjected to a quick dose from a halogen spotlight) and they fade out much quicker.
The saving grace on the C11, getting the most wrist time currently, is that in low light conditions it seems to reflect the available light very well so with a quick tilt of the wrist it becomes easily readable.
Great shots. I like the C2 & C5 hands - looks like they'd be easy to read. The seiko is off the charts. my C60 lume lasts through the night, enough to read at least.
