Re: Bader Adjustment Query
Eventually got to this. 6mm travel, 'full in' and 'full out' lock with no issues as does a further position at circa 2mm in ( approx 1/3rd). This gives 3 working positions. The final position initially 'locks' at both 3mm (which I suspect is wrong) and at 4mm (which I suspect is the correct position...

Bader Adjustment Query
Hi All Quick query on the micro adjust on the Bader. The middle slot on the clasp refuses to hold, whilst there is an audible click and hold it slips out immediately under the slightest of pressure which is unfortunate as it is the ideal setting for me..the other 2 slots hold well. The middle slot a...

Re: Quartz...
Interesting and valid point on a Swiss sourced quartz, personally my modest collection has a heavy automatic bias with only 2 quartz watches ( C3 GT and a Bulova Jetstar). Probably have one more space for a higher end quartz so one I'll keep an eye on. Agree that CW are unlikely to 'just because the...

Re: Quartz...
Suspect you are right, however there is a market developing for 'high end' quartz so would be interesting to see if CW react.

Hi
Would love to see a Bulova style 262hz quartz (the one with the sweeping second hand). Any thoughts?

Looks great, not sure about the wave pattern. Suspect it looks better seeing in person than pictures.

RRP - Breitling and others...
Hi All
Coming up to a work milestone and looking for a Breitling Superocean 42 or similar to mark the occasion.
Toying with the idea of buying new and wondering if anyone has thoughts on dealer discounts and what if anything I could expect.
Thanks in advance.
