If it is anything like fitting one on a Forum LE then you need two things:

1. Stamina.
2. A fine bladed knife or watch tool.

I used a fine bladed knife to push in the pins all the way or it just popped out. Since my 5th attempt the strap has been fine.

Well I had major problem with the Corax bracelet, so I have gone for a leather one. Can't have the watch coming off when diving!

I have taken off the metal strap and replaced with a leather one. Had a few knocks etc, and thus far nothing; no black coming off.
