20th Anniversary Forum Limited Edition

FLE celebrating 20 years of the CW Forum

As many are aware, the CW Forum will be celebrating our 20th Anniversary on December 11, 2025. The Admin Team thought it appropriate that we have a special watch to celebrate this event, so we began thinking about our ninth FLE.

Our objective was to create an attractive and distinctive design that would blend the old with the new. We believe we have achieved that.
The Admin Team looked at many options and consulted with CW about what was possible. We wanted to draw inspiration from our past FLEs yet pull things together with a current model. We stopped at the C20 FLE because the “20” jumped out at us (get it?). It really did seem to provide us with the best features to meld into a modern design.

The Admin Team has worked very hard with Peter in the CW Bespoke Department, as well as Mike France and Patrick Gilbertson. We hope you like it.

FORUM 20 YEARS - Brochure_page-0005.jpg

You will note that the FLE 20th Anniversary features many non-standard design elements such as the day/date movement complication and blue indices as well as the lacquered white dial and a similar, yet updated blue handset. The blue-colored day/date wheel text/numerals feature a red 20 as a nod to our twenty years. The display case back features a large 20 entwined with our forum logo, as well as additional text around the perimeter of the crystal.

The pricing will be:

£1050 Blue rubber strap
£1250 Stainless steel bracelet
£1305 Bundle strap and bracelet

All the usual CW payment options/methods are available.

Prices are stated solely in GB£ for two reasons. Firstly, to keep things simple and, secondly, because purchasing in GB£ is likely to be the cheapest option currently. However, if you wish to purchase in another currency you can discuss the best option with CW at the point of ordering (see process below)."

How to reserve:

Send an email to kip.mcewen@christopherward.com or send a forum pm ASAP with the following information:
Subject line: Forum 20 Years
First and last name
Email address
Forum name
Requested LE serial number

Serial numbers will be allocated/secured on a strict first-come-first-served basis. Initially, only serial numbers up to #25 can be chosen. If your preferred serial number is higher than #25 then still let Kip know and he will allocate your preferred number if it becomes available.

Please send clear serial number preference requests including alternatives, for example:
"#10, or anything between #11 and #20 if #10 is not available", or
"#14, #18, #21 in descending order of preference, or anything if these aren't available" or
"lowest number still available" etc

Up to date availability of the FLE 20th Anniversary serial numbers will be posted here by me.

The minimum order quantity for this watch is 25.

Once reservations close, you will receive a link to the CW website order page. Full payment will then need to be submitted directly to CW. The watches will be shipped from Maidenhead when they are ready. The estimated delivery time is early December 2025 in time for our 20th Anniversary.

We are awaiting a firm closing date, but you likely have a week unless we fill up.

We need a minimum of 25 to proceed forward.

There is, though, scope for a higher number.

We had 46 reservations and produced 50, with the Sealander 2023 FLE. Hopefully we can do the same, or better, for our 20th anniversary FLE.

Well considering that…

- I don’t like 3 position day/dates
- prefer a longer power reserve
- prefer the C12 in titanium

I should be saying…

I don’t like that, you should have etc… :) :)

However…

I rather like it!

Well done chaps. Email sent number reserved.

It will be my 4th C12, unless I end up buying another before it arrives.

Whilst the case/ bracelet are completely different, the white dial, blue indices also has the vibe of an early AT, as well as the C20 FLE.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the design. The touches on the caseback in particular are (IMHO) extremely well-executed. I also like the 'iciness' of the blue and white indices/dial combination which is perfect for a winter release (in the Northern Hemisphere at least). The red 20 on the date function is a classic but thoughtful touch.

Alas, the Twelve is just not the right watch for me, so I won't be ordering one, but I hope it's a great success befitting such a milestone in the forum's history.

Beautiful design, congrats everyone! I’ve tried on the 40mm twelve and know it’s a bit large for me, so I’ll have to admire this from afar.
