Re: LE. What is your verdict?
Hehheh.
I don't think so, though... both #24 and #32 appear identical in terms of luminosity after 7 hours in total darkness. I'm actually quite pleased with the glow they still exhibit in the morning - it's much more readable than my C4.
Having said that, some may already have read that I have other requirements from lume. Some want lume because it makes the watch do spectacular light shows just after you switch the light off... I just want to be able to read the time when I wake up, without having to switch the light on.

There's a great invention called the alarmclockpeterh wrote:Having said that, some may already have read that I have other requirements from lume. If I would dare to take an alarm clock with me on a camping trip, I think I'll be confined to sleeping outdoors
On top of that, our alarm clocks run on mains power. SInce power outlets don't grow on trees, they might be fairly useless.

If you need a watch that's always glowing in the dark you can use a Traser H3.
I have one for sale, if you are interested I can sent you a PB.

That's a really smart Traser. I haven't seen one quite like it before, only the black combat jobs.
Re: LE. What is your verdict?
Hi Guys,
I noticed something and wonder if anyone has had the same experience. When I go to sleep, the lume is not very visible. However, this last week, I have woken up at around 4am on a number of occasions and looking at the watch, the lume has been bright and perfectly readable. I have been going to sleep at around 10pm so after 6 hours the lume has been working great!!!

Just read Peter's post. I thought it was weird. Obviously not!! Definately true though.

Re: LE. What is your verdict?
Hi ukzaf, I don't think that does have anything to do with the lume, but with your eyes! The longer you are in the dark, the better your eyes adapt and night-vision improves! You will also notice that night-vision is best in your peripheral (is that English?) vision: if you don't look straight to the watch you can see the lume better then when looking at it directly.
Re: LE. What is your verdict?
Hi Hans, I suspect you are right. It does show that although it may not be the brightest, the lume works and you can tell the time in the dark.
